		BABY SHOES A few weeks ago I came across this article detailing the process of making your own baby shoes and couldn't wait to give it a try. I ended up modifying the pattern and directions a bit to fit my taste and Canaan's shoe size. I flubbed up a few times but overall they turned out decent and fit Canaan just as well as his Robeez.
		SPACE PANTS This little project gave me the opportunity to do something with the bit of space fleece I found in the remnant bin at Joann's, plus finally put my new serger to the test! Check out my cutie in his new pants here and here. I didn't use a pattern... the whole project went something like this tutorial.
		HEART PILLOW I saw how to make little felt roses on Scrapping Tonight and crafted a heart pillow out of them... just in time for Valentines Day! Check out the finished product!
		PLUSH HEART There wasn't too much to this little guy. Just another excuse to hand embroider something. Plus, our mantle needed a little extra Valentine's Day cheer.
		FELT GUITARS I originally saw this design on CraftZine and couldn't help but make two. My version was a bit simpler... one for Mr. Canaan and another for Tim and Erin's new baby boy! See the finished gee-tar!
		DISH TOWELS Aren't pears just the cutest? Well, maybe not these pears, since I'm just learning. In these dishtowels I practiced the backstich and the whipstich.
		VALENTINE'S DECOR I saw a little patterned bird somewhere online (sorry the link is forever lost) and made my own version. I am loving blue and red together these days!
